Replacement Follow Leg for a 2006 Alpenlite 31CK 5th Wheel

I have a 2006 Alpenlite 31CK. It has a max weight of 14,600. Both landing legs have their own motor. I think I bought the passenger side from you guys and I think I bought the LC119102 last year in December. Is that the one I need for the drivers side? Or do I just need something with the 29 1/2 length? Also, I got a used Trail Air L05 LCI194170 from my son and I need the shock for it. Maybe also the air bag. Do you have those parts? Bill

Hey Bill!

I was able to find your last order and you did indeed order the # LC119102 drive leg last December. If you are needing the other side, you will want to get part # LC119101. This is the leg that would be oriented for the other side.

Are you motors still working good?

I don't think that shaft at the top will accept the motor and still secure the motor. Will the 179013 work? It has the longer shaft.

@BillE Part # LC119101 would be the matching leg to the # LC119102 so the gears would be oriented properly. You can't put # LC119102 on the other side as it will move down as the other side will want to move up. The only landing gear we have that is for a dual motor set up is # UF17-943010 but the motors are on the top of the leg.

Good Morning Gwendolyn, Maybe I'm not being clear. My landing gear have a motor and gear box attached to each leg. Like motor 141893 and gear box 276602 attached to each leg. There are two switches to control the motors. They are not connected to each other with the bar and are not running off the same gear box and motor. I am under the knowledge , from what you just said, that the short shaft leg is for connected landing gear. Landing gear that have a bar connecting the two legs together and running off one motor and one gear box. It would seem from that knowledge that the 179013 leg has all the same lifting qualities and measurements as the 119102 only it's half the price! Are my findings incorrect? Are those two legs the same? Do you need pictures to see what I have? Also, I did ask other questions.

@BillE The reason why I suggested part # LC119101 is because it is the matching leg to the one that you already purchased. As referenced in an earlier reply. You mentioned part # LC179013, this would be a drive leg so goes on the same side as the leg you already purchased from us. The correct follow leg so that leg would be part # LC179014. You can't use two drive legs as the gear inside the leg are made to work in one direction. The shaft is shorter on the follow leg. You are more than welcome to send us pics of your set up. If you also happen to know the model number of the original system, we can usually cross reference that as well. In regards to suspension. I'll need more information to be able to pin point the exact kit that will work. We don't have traditional air bags for trailers. However, we do have Lippert Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade, which is an air bag equalizer upgrade. Part # LC1565391 is for tandem axle set ups and part # LC1565401 is for a triple axle set up. Other trailer suspension options we carry are Timbren rubber springs like part # TTRA1032 and SuperSprings jounce springs like part # TSS-107-40. If you decide to get the Timbrens or the SuperSprings, you will want to double check your axle capacity as well if your springs are overslung (springs sit over axle) or underslung (springs sit under axle).
