Hi, Im wondering if there are any special instructions for installing these on underslung axles? Does anyone have any photos of these installed on underslung axles? Thank you!

Yes, we've checked with Roadmaster in the past and they've confirmed for us that the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kits like the # RM-2470-2580-3 that you referenced can be used on under and over slung axle setups.
I checked and we don't have any pictures of an underslung setup at this time.
