All the information from Heather in the question you asked from is still relevant for your vehicle. Like using the cable lock part # e98891 and the SeaSucker Cable Anchor part # 298-BA0020 to keep everything secured.

One other thing I would say differently is my recommendation of a kayak carrier. For a J-style carrier that can also be used as a post-style carrier to carry to kayaks, I recommend the Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier # Y04073. This has a built in ramp on the end to help you slide your kayak into the carrier. Another option is the Malone FoldAway-5 # MAL38FR. This one is super versatile but does require a little more install effort to find the best configuration on your vehicle. My favorite part is how this supports both of your kayak and you don't have one sitting directly on the crossbars. For quick and easy install and use, the Yakima JayLow # Y04073 is ideal.
