We have towing mirrors that fit your 2001 Ford E-350 van, though they are not manual, pull-out towing mirrors, they are slip-on mirrors made by Longview:
- The Original Custom Towing Mirror Custom Slide On Mirrors # CTM2500
These are really easy to use and will give you the view you need when towing so you can see what is behind you. They will fit so long as the mirrors on your '01 E-350 look like the ones in the accompanying photo.
The # CTM2500 are the only option for towing mirrors on your '01 E-350, and I have added links below to a couple video reviews for you to check out as well.
