What is Height of Stromberg Bike Bunk Above Trailer Frame

Question:
How tall is the Stromberg Carlson bike bunk cc-275 from the top of the tongue frame to the top of the bike bunk and why are the reviews stating that you have to drill. I saw a photo that shows the bolts attached above and below the frame without any drilling by simply using the enclosed hardware. I have a 2021 grand design 1970rl travel trailer.

From the top of the trailer frame to the top of the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk # CC-275 measures 33 inches.
The drilling required is for the uprights so that they mounting hardware fits through them at the right angle for your trailer.
