Can the nv base 2.0 be attached to a stromberg bike bunk on the tongue of a travel trailer?

Any bike rack used with the # CC-275 would need to be rated for a travel trailer. Unfortunately, the # NV22B does not have that rating. What you can use instead is the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # KU84FR. This rack may not be as nice as the NV 2.0 but it will get the job done and is compatible with a travel trailer. Keep in mind, the # CC-275 only has a capacity of 100 lbs. Since the bike rack itself weighs 37 lbs that only leaves 63 lbs for your bikes.
