Can I use this to mount solar panels on? My NuCamp was not outfitted from the factory with solar. Rack kit would need to attach to the keder rails, hoping there is suitable hardware for that as well hard to find item.

You could use Yakima 54" Tracks for Roof Racks # Y01127 along with Yakima Control Tower (QTY 1) # Y8890027. You could then add any Yakima round bar such as Round 66" CrossBar (QTY 1) # Y8810025 or Round 78" CrossBar (QTY 1) # Y8810027. This is a common setup used on camper shells and campers; it is mounted on a flat roof. I attached a demonstration video for you.
