This looks great for our use as we tow a travel trailer, will this work with a roll up truck topper? Thanks

Most truck tonneau covers have rails that will interfere with an item like the Swagman truck bed bike rack # S64702. The L-shaped brackets on either end need to set directly against the bed rails. If anything is in the way you will not be able to use this particular bike rack. But not to worry, there are other options.

Another option is the Thule GateMate Pro Tailgate Pad and Bike Rack, # TH824PRO . Bascially it is a mat that goes over the tailgate to protect it and you can attach bikes to it. I have linked a video showing how this items works as well.
