is the stromberg ladder part # LA-401-BA the correct one for my 2021 Artic Wolf 271RK and does it come with placement instructions

The Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder w/ Hinges - Aluminum - 99-1/2" Tall x 12" Wide is a universal ladder; we have several customers that have used this setup on their Arctic Wolf travel trailer. For silver use # LA-401 and for black use # LA-401BA. This comes with everything necessary for installation, including instructions. This measures 99-1/2" tall but it can be trimmed if it is too long. However, for a longer setup you can add Stromberg Carlson RV Ladder Extension - Anodized Aluminum - 48" Long # LA-148 to the ladder to extend it. I attached demonstration videos for you.
