Will the trailer Valet be able to move a 4000 pound trailer up a small incline? The incline is blacktop?

You should not have a problem moving your 4,000 pound trailer up a small incline using the Trailer Valet, # STC-V211. It has a 5,000 pound capacity and 500 pound tongue weight capacity. The Valet has 2 gears and depending on the degree the incline is you might find that the low or high gear is better suited for that particular incline.
