2 Bike Rack Recommendation with Tilt and Locks

Question:
Im looking for a 2 bike trailer hitch rack for a 2016 GMC Canyon. One that tilts away and is lockable. Please advise.

For a tilting bike rack that can carry 2 bikes and has locks for the bikes and for the rack to the hitch we have the Thule Apex XT part # TH9024XT. This rack is very stable and easy to use too so it would be a great option.
I attached a review video for this rack installed in a similar truck's hitch as well.
