Hi I bought an 03 gmc 3500 dually that came with a hidden 5th wheel rail setup I tried to install my curtains spyder goosenck hitch in the rails but the slots in the rail were to wide to fit the pegs for the hold down pins is there different rails to fit that hitch thanks for your help

The Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails, 25,000 lbs GTW # 16085 you purchased is designed for industry standard rails.
Since the 5th wheel rails in your 2003 GMC Sierra 3500 DRW are not industry standard you will need to replace them. I recommend using the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2500 as they will not require any drilling in the frame of your truck, and will give you the industry standard rails you are looking for.
The industry standard rails will also offer a wide variety of compatible 5th wheel hitches such as the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs # BWRVK3255.
