What is the requiredminimum length of the load bars to carry 2 kayaks using 2 Hullavators?

Each Hullavator # TH898 will take up 28-1/2" of bar space. So you would need to have at least 57 inch bars. So you need to find a bar that will give you at least 57 inches but also have 4-8 inches beyond the feet. Best bet is to get the longest square or round bar and cut them down to get the perfect fit.
