Question:
I have a 2017 Jayco Hummingbird. I want to buy an Spring Over-Under conversion kit but don’t know which of the two you offer is the correct one. K71 384-00 for a 2 3/8” diameter axle or K71 385-00 for a 3” diameter axle. Could you please enlighten me? The manual doesn’t specify the diameter of the axle and I can’t seem to find the specs online. Thank you!

In order to determine your axle size you'll need to check the spec sticker on the center of your axle. The largest available Jayco Hummingbird is the 17RK that has a GVWR of 3750-lbs, so you've likely got a 3500-lbs axle which would have a 2-3/8" diameter. For that you'll want to use the # K71-384-00, which is designed for 2-3/8" diameter axles.
I do recommend confirming the axle capacity, which will be found on the spec sticker at the center of the axle, in order to make sure this is the correct kit. If you've got something other than a 3500-lbs axle, let me know and I can give you an alternative solution for this.
