Re # 34466ND14AAR lasalle bristol valve. The video shows rotating the valves by holding center and twisting valve to desired position during installation. Can the center section be rotated after installation?

The Bristol Double RV Waste Valves - Elbow - Rotating - 3" and 1.5" Hubs to 3" Spigot, # 34466ND14AAR is to be installed using the LaSalle Bristol ABS Solvent Cement - Black - 1/2 Pint # 3447530889. These can be rotated to desired arrangement but once properly installed with solvent cement they are fixed.
