I may have a solution for you to add a hitch, but there is not a hitch with a 10,000-lbs capacity for the 2016 Ford Transit T350 with dual rear wheels. With that said, it appears that the towing capacity of the T350 is only 5200-lbs, so you would be limited to that since the vehicle has a lower towing capacity than the hitch. For that reason, you're only going to be able to tow 5200-lbs, so a 10,000-lbs capacity wouldn't really make a difference on this. The only confirmed hitch that will work with the DRW models of the T350 is the Draw-Tite # 75912, but it will provide you with a nice 2" receiver that's ideal for towing so it's going to be the best available solution.
If you also need a wiring harness, the Tekonsha # 118722 is a confirmed fit on the DRW models of the T350 and will give you a reliable 4 way trailer plug. If you don't already have a ball mount and hitch ball, the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # EBMK4 is a great solution that provides you the ability to tow with both a rise or drop, and comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" hitch ball, hitch pin, clip and storage bag. I've also linked our entire selection of ball mount kits, plus regular ball mount and hitch balls for you to have a look at if you know what rise/drop you might need.
I've also linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out.
