I have a solution that may suit your needs as we don't have that axle. The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/Brake Flange # ASR1THDS01 is rated for 2200lbs. It is a great option that will give you greater ground clearance and a smooth/stable ride. This is sold as a kit so only order 1 if you only need one axle.
The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K comes preloaded with the correct bearings, races, seals, and lug studs with nuts. It also has the correct EZ lube caps for the Timbren Axle. It utilizes the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern that you need. You will need 2 of these per axle.
For the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA it includes both the left and right sides needed for each axle. It is a 10" Brake Kit that is self adjusting so you won't have manually check them. And are manufactured with automotive-grade friction material for improved stopping performance and longevity.
