Hi, does this part fit on Thule Aero 400xt? And does this company ship toPonce, Puerto Rico and zip code 00728? I attached a picture of my rack foot for reference because I am not sure it is Aero 400 XT. Thank you,

Yes, the Replacement Cover # 853-5704 that you referenced will work on the Thule Aero Roof Rack Support Feet TH400XT you currently have.
