As long as the trailer hitch receiver on your 2018 Infiniti QX60 is an aftermarket hitch like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13126 you can use replacement hardware kit # RHK to order replacement hardware.
On the product page for the # RHK you will need to enter the part number for your hitch, and the manufacturer from the drop down menu.
