This is a confirmed fit to your 2013 Ford F-150. This is a Class IV - 2" receiver with a tongue weight rating of 1,000 lbs. and max gross trailer weight of 10K extended to 12K when using a weight distribution system. This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto your Ford F-150's frame with no welding required. Powder coated steel is sturdy and corrosion resistant.

For a Weight Distribution Hitch with Sway Control (see attached help articles) we are looking for something rated according to your loaded trailer weight and tongue weight, which will be 10-15% of loaded trailer. I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # EQ37060ET. With steel-on-steel friction works to prevent and correct trailer sway in this unique weight distribution system.
