Question: Will the Swagman Current Platform Bike Rack be able to accommodate step thru e-bikes without using a bike adapter bar? Thank you.

The Swagman Current # S64678 will need an adapter bar # 64005 for a step through bike. I do have another option for you though. The Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G which has 60 lbs per bike as well. The difference with this rack is that it has a wheel hook instead of a frame hook. This will work with any bike without a fender. If you do have a front fender, removing it will allow this solution to work for you. No need for an adapter bar!
