I reached out to my contact at Curt and there is replacement hardware available for your Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # C611-624 to swap it from your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 to your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500. You will need the Curt EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC # C60624 which will include the replacement hardware, but also the replacement mounting brackets.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
