In order to use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2355 on a 2007 Nissan Titan with a 6" lift you'll need to add some lift spacers to the bags. Typically for a 6" lift you'll need the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - 6" Spacers - Qty 2 # F2374, but you'll want to confirm that the distance between where the upper and lower brackets mount the frame is between 11.5" and 12.5".

If you've got a different distance between the frame and axle, let me know what that distance is and I can recommend a more appropriate solution.

You also might want to consider an on-board compressor system to allow you to keep the bags filled no matter where you might be. For that I recommend using the Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor - Dual Function - 150 psi # F2219, which will fill each bag individually to provide you the ability to compensate for off-center loads. This system has an analog gauge set that allows you to monitor and fill the air bags as needed from the comfort of your truck cab, so you'll never have to go looking for a gas station to fill up your bags before towing.

I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out.
