How do I unlock the back section of a stock Ford 7 Pin trailer connector so I can get the old one out of the bracket Thanks

Do you see the white plastic piece in the shape of a U in the picture that you sent me? You will need to pull that piece out away from the harness to release it from the rest of the 7-way. Check out the video I attached and skip to the 3:25 mark to see how it unlocks and locks.

Having trouble disconnecting my 7 pin connector for my trailer wiring harness on my 24 Colorado. From this picture you sent someone else it looks like I just need to lift up the gray clip and then pull it out. I have done this and it seems like it is a no go. Is it a hard pull? Just do not want to break anything. Thanks for your feedback. It is greatly appreciated.
