The closest fender option we have is the Tandem Axle Teardrop Trailer Fenders - Rounded Edges - Steel - 15" to 16" Wheels - Qty 2 # HP64VR which is 68" long x 9" wide x 17" tall and has the tear drop design you mentioned.
These fenders are bare metal, so you will need to either prime and paint them or have them powder coated to protect them from corrosion.
