Question:

i need to replace brake actuator on 1985 ezloader boat trailer it has orig atwood i think the demco will work i hope it will mount without modifing the trailer

I can tell you how to go about determining if the Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuator - Drum Brakes # DM72VR will fit, but we wouldn't know off-hand an actuator fit on a 1985 EZ-Loader boat trailer. Finding out is really simple though, as the only thing you need to do is measure the width of your trailer tongue.

This actuator will fit so long as your tongue is 3 inches wide, though it is likely you will have to drill new mounting holes for the actuator, but that will be the case for any actuator unless you are replacing the exact same model.
