I need a tow bar and base plate combination that will work on a 2000 Saturn L series. What do you suggest?

The base plate kit for your 2000 Saturn L-series is Roadmaster EZ Twistlock Brackets, part # 523102-1. As far as towbars, the RoadMaster Tracker Tow Bar for 5,000 lbs, part # RM-020, will work nicely for you. You will also need the Roadmaster Tow Bar Quick Disconnect Kit, part # RM-201, to use with the base plate kit.
Also check out the Tail light Isolating Diode System with Wiring Harness, part # 38955, which you will need to power the lights on your Saturn while towing it.
