Fender Clearance is 7 1/2, Clearance to Frame is 1 5/8. Need to carry additional 450 #. Can I upgrade tires and rims? What do you recommend? Thanks,

The only real options you have for increased tire weight capacity using hubs with a 5 on 5" bolt pattern would be to use a higher load range tire or a different size that fits the same wheel. The highest load range for a 205/75-15 is D which will provide a 2,150 lb per tire weight capacity. For this, I recommend the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire part # TR20515D. If this isn't enough you can upgrade to a 225/75-15, the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire part # TTWTRTM2257515D which will provide a 2,540 lb per tire weight capacity.
There aren't any upgraded wheel options which use a 5 on 5" bolt pattern.
