Can you confirm if Item # SH67FR fits both the Volvo V90 and the V90 Cross-Country? The pictures show the V90 cross-country. I’m not sure if they both will fit the same assembly.

Yes, Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH67FR will fit both the Volvo V90 and the V90 Cross-Country. The Cross Country adds a lifted suspension and standard all-wheel drive for improved capability in inclement weather however, both are the same platform.
If you'll be towing with this hitch and not just for carry of bike rack or cargo carrier, you will need the ball mount assembly included with the # SH36FR wiring package, as the ball mount is a proprietary assembly that nobody else offers. Or purchase the combined # SH67FRT.
