What is the Difference Between the Redarc Tow Pro Elite V2 and v3

Whats the difference between part # 331-EBRH-ACCV2 and part # RED44FR

The # RED44FR is the 331-EBRH-ACCV3, which is the 3rd version of the Redarc Tow Pro Elite controller that was originally only available in Australia; the # 331-EBRH-ACCV2 is the 2nd version and has been phased out. They're really mostly the same controller and there aren't any functional changes made between the two aside from the smaller knob on the V3 # RED44FR.

I've linked a video review of this controller for you to check out, but even though one is newer the updates were mostly cosmetic.
