I was able to confirm with my contact over at Curt that the Curt # C11276 will fit on the 2015 Prius Four that you've got; it's really just a sub-model of the Prius and he was able to confirm through their internal fit guide that this hitch will fit this vehicle as well. For a ball mount you'll want to use the Curt Class II Drawbar - 2-5/8" Rise, 3-1/4" Drop - 7-1/4" Long - 3,500 lbs # C45521, which requires a hitch ball with a 3/4" diameter like the # 19258 (2" hitch ball) or # 19256 (1-7/8" ball). You'll also need a hitch pin and clip like the # F-4
For wiring, which will also be needed to tow a trailer, you'll want to use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56147. This harness will give you a 4 way trailer connector to power trailer lights and has a powered converter to help protect your vehicle's electrical system.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to have a look at, as well.
