Expert Reply:
For best plug and play wiring set-up for your 2020 Jeep Gladiator, you will want Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers # 3073-P. This adapter plugs into the 5-pin connector on your vehicle's built-in brake control wiring harness. The harness is located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. Use of this along with the Redarc Tow-Pro Wiring Adapter for Tekonsha Brake Controller Harness, # 331-TPH-017 and the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite you identified # RED44FR. With these three items, you should be set.
I have attached some links for installation on a 2020 Jeep.
