The anti-sway portion of the cradle on your Thule Helium Aero 9042 bike rack consists of three pieces. The extension clip that attaches to the underside of the actual cradle that the bike frame tube sits on which is part
# 852-3108-001, the anti-sway cradle itself that joins the clip and the strap, which is part # 852-3037-001 and the strap which is part # 852-3006-001.
