Yes the NOCO Boost Pro Jump Starter # 329-GB150 is a brand new unit. We rarely will offer products "used" and in those cases you'd definitely know you were ordering it in that condition. They aren't even really used so much as they were returned and somehow were missing components so we offer them at a discount. But every situation is different.
