I am having a problem with the bolts that go in the frame.They go about half way in and stop.Do you know what I should do are these the wrong bolts.

Since the bolts that go into the frame of your 2017 GMC Terrain to mount the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98865 are getting stuck half way I recommend using some spray lubricant like WD-40 and the Nylon Tube Brush - 1/2" # 814092 to clean any debris out of the weld nuts.
