Cutout Requirements For Furrion RV Electric Fireplace W/ Logs FF34SW15ABL

Question:

My question is in regards to the Furrion FF34SW15A. The spec dimensions on your QandA show F overall depth at 6-1/4 but it is mentioned in one of the staff answers provided that depth is 7-3/16. My depth is 6-1/2.

The Furrion RV Electric Fireplace with Logs # FF34SW15ABL you were looking at is 33-7/8" wide x 17-3/4" tall x 6-1/4" deep.

The reason the question you mentioned listed 7-3/16" is that when installing it in a cabinet the cut out will need to be 33-3/16" wide x 17-13/16" tall x 7-3/16" deep. If you are installing it in a cabinet you will need to frame the cutout to the wall mount dimensions of 30-9/16" wide x 16-1/4" tall which will is called half flush-mounted and will allow it to work with the 6-1/2" depth you mentioned.
