Using a FL112 for farm semi.. going to haul a ranch/rv gooseneck 30foot cattle trailer and 30foot PJ flatbed around. Dont want to mess with air system so given this unit uses a accelerometer do you see a problem?

If the trailers you intend to tow have electric brakes then the Redarc # RED44FR brake controller should work for you. Since it has an accelerometer you will have the benefit of smooth proportional braking. Just mount this equiment in your cab per the instructions. You will need a few more parts to convert your Semi-Tractory wiring to the "RV Style" wiring depending on your current set up.
I would put a Pollak # 38630 in-line 30 amp breaker in the line to the battery.
