The description says there are two locking options, but the video only shows one, what is the other locking option referring to.

There are two locking options. The first is to loop the cable through a secure area on the item you are securing and then attach the end of the cable back to the locking lug on the ToyLok.
The second option is to loop the cable through a secure area on the item you are securing and then lock the end of the cable back around the cable itself. I produced a short video showing the locking options for you.
