Question:
I have a 2016 Toyota 4Runner SR5 with a 4.0 Im thinking about putting the Firestone airbag system in because I am going to be pulling a keystone Hideout travel trailer which is roughly 3700 lb just wondering if it is okay to also use a weight distribution hitch or maximum leveling and handling

In short, you can absolutely use the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4135 which are a confirmed fit for your 2016 Toyota 4Runner with a weight distribution system.
With that said, you will more than likely be just fine with just a weight distribution system as it will work to level your 4Runner itself by design. Personally I would go with just a weight distribution first, and if you find that even with a correctly set up weight distribution system the rear of your vehicle is still sagging, then add a suspension enhancement option.
Determining the correct weight distribution is based on the total tongue weight of your full loaded and ready to tow trailer, and the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your vehicle. Since you have the rough weight of your Keystone Hideout Travel Trailer, that gives us a starting point but you will want to confirm your total tongue weight before purchasing a system.
To accurately measure your tongue weight a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044 is extremely helpful, and using the included article will walk you through measuring your total tongue weight.
Since the recommended tongue weight of a trailer is 10-15% of the trailer weight, at 3700lbs your tongue weight should be 370-555lbs.
The system that should be able to work with your total tongue weight is the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-0800 as it works with total tongue weights between 400-800lbs, and the built in two point sway control will help to combat sway when pulling your trailer leading to a much more enjoyable towing experience. You will need to purchase a hitch ball separately, which is the 2" hitch ball # EQ91-00-6080, or 2-5/16" hitch ball # EQ91-00-6100.
If you find your total tongue weight is over 800lbs, then the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA94-00-1033 which works with total tongue weights between 600-1000lbs would be a great option. This system does not included a shank or hitch ball, so you would need Shank # FA92-02-4100, 2" hitch ball # EQ91-00-6080, or 2-5/16" hitch ball # EQ91-00-6100.
If you do still experience rear suspension sag and are needing a rear suspension enhancement system, the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4135 which install inside of your rear coil springs, and offer between 500-1000lbs of load leveling capacity to support the rear suspension of your 4Runner. This kit as designed for air pressure between 5 - 35 PSI allowing you adjustability to fine tune the support your vehicle needs.
I included videos to each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
