I live in a Montana 2003 5th wheel. Im having issues with the black tank valve not completely closing, I dont know which size of valve replacement is required. I truly need some insight as what to do. Thanks,

Since the valves are plastic welded to the sewer pipe you'll have to cut off what you have and install a new one. So you could use the Valterra Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank - 3" Spigot to 3" Lug # T50A which you'd use the solvent part # A05-0303 to attach the spigot end to the pipe and then can use the lug cap to go over the valve when not used.
