What is the difference between these 2 wedges. C16992 and RP31016

Essentially the difference is just two different manufacturers making the same product. Reese makes the # RP31016 who is who makes the Sidewinders whereas the Curt # C16992 is made by the company who makes the Curt A Series hitches. Either would work just as good as the other.
