Do your covers incorporate grommets for bungee cords to secure cover to wheel in wind?

The Classic Accessories Wheel Covers you mentioned, part # 052963762501 use an elastic band on the rear of the cover that applies tension, which holds the cover in place. The cover does not have grommets for attaching a bungee cord.
