Question:
I live in a very rural place, and need to order connectors/hardware for my project by mail. What are the wire gauges of EACH wire, by color, coming out of the back of the Redarc 1250D?

The gauges of the wiring harness on the Redarc # 331-BCDC1250D are as follows:
The high power wires are 8 gauge – yellow, brown, black, red. Use 6 gauge wire for the high power cable extensions if you are only extending up to 16 feet. However, if you are going to have high power cables ran 16 feet or more, it is recommended to use 4 gauge for the extensions to reduce voltage drop.
The referencing wires (no heavy load) are 16 gauge – orange, blue, green.
I have attached a demonstration video for this product.
