The Demco Kar Kaddy SS you'd looked at, part # DM9713045 would be perfect.
According to my research, the FJ40 Land Cruiser has a curb weight of approximately 3300 lbs, and a track width of about 55 inches, which is compatible with what the Kar Kaddy SS can handle. The tow dolly offers great features like surge coupler actuated disc brakes for excellent stopping power. The surge coupler means that you won't need to install a brake controller, as the coupler will compress when the motorhome brakes. This compression is what actually actuates the brakes. The tow dolly is foldable for easy storage when you're not using it. The dolly also features a steer axle which makes it easier to maneuver.
I've linked to a product demonstration video featuring the Kar Kaddy SS tow dolly.
