How Wide of Crossbar Would Two Thule Hullavators Need

Question:

Can I install two pair of Thule Hullavators to carry two kayaks on my 2019 Toyota Sienna with Thule square bars? How long must the bars be? Also will my vehicle fit into my garage with Hullavators installed? The opening is 7 feet tall and 9 feet wide.

The max bar space the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 can take up is 28-1/2 inches so you'd need a set of bars around 60 inch long.

The height of the carrier is right at 16 inches so you'd lose 16 inches from your current roof height which you can compare to the height of your rack now.
