Yes. I double checked this with TorkLift and the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade w Quick-Disconnects - Lower Overload Springs - Universal # TLA7311. These are a universal fit part, so they're designed to fit on a wide variety of trucks, including your 3500 with the single rear wheel.
These are also available in stainless steel with part # TLA7311S
