are the lights i am ordering fit the top of the 2002 dodge cab with no change for screws etc.?

The Pacer Performance Hi-Five Truck Cab Light Kit - Dodge part # PP20-245 are not a direct fit replacement for factory cab lights. They are designed to mimic the shape of the factory cab lights but the mounting hole centers could be different. It is instructed to use the base of the light as a template for drilling. So long as you seal up any unused holes there should be no issue.
