Tow Mirror and Sway Control Device for 2018 Toyota Highlander

Hi, I am purchasing a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE and need a sway control device to pull my Aliner ranger 12 off-road. Also, some trailer mirrors. Could you please recommend some products? Thanks,

We had the chance to install the K-Source Tow Mirrors part # KS3891-2 on a 2018 Toyota Highlander and found they fit and worked great. You can check out the install video I attached for more info on this as well.
Our most popular sway control device is the Reese Friction Sway Control part # 83660.
