Which Curt Gooseneck Hitch to Get for a 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty Based on Your Prep Package

I have a 2015 Ford F-350 DRW with firestone air bags installed. I see where it ask about OEM prep Package? What is this? And my truck is a Dually. Will this setup work on Duallys and the prep package Whats this/

With regards to the OEM Prep Package, this is referring to the factory installed pucks and trailer wiring that is an option when purchasing your vehicle. An easy way to tell for this situation is if the bed of your 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty has holes in it. If there is one in the center or a layout of 4 or 5 of them, then you have the OEM package.
If you do not have that, then the proper gooseneck for your Super Duty is in fact the Curt EZr Double Lock, part # C60683, that you referenced. This will work with standard and dually as the dually option does not affect compatibility with gooseneck hitches.. I've linked to a video installation of this hitch for you to look at.
If you do have the OEM package (which is quite possible since you have a dually), then the only thing you need is the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit, part # C60692. I've linked to a video installation of this as well.
