Can Demco Air Force One Fit 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 Diesel

Question:

Truck application: 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 4 x 4 with a 3.1 Duamax Diesel. New motor for this truck line. Is there room under the hood for an Air Force One air actuated brake control unit? Also since the input to this unit is air pressure from the motor home how does it create vacuum for the onboard GM brake canister? Thanks,

I checked with Demco and they do not have the versions of your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 with the diesel engines excluded with the Air Force One # SM99243 so this would fit and work great. There would be enough room for the canister to fit.

This uses vacuum to build a vacuum in the air tank that this kit installs on your vehicle and then that same vacuum activates your brake system so that the line that pulls the pedal can do so relatively easily.
